Where:
Except for the Sept. 26-28 retreat, the course will take place at
New Hope Camp
and Conference Center, 4805 Highway 86,
Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
Camp New Hope is just north of Chapel Hill, convenient to Interstate
40.
Meeting times:
The weekend schedule will be:
Fridays: 6-9pm
Saturdays: 7am -8:30 pm
Sundays: 8am –4:30 pm
Lunch and dinner breaks will be 1 hour long.

Cost of the Course and Payment Options:
Pre-pay rates
The full rate for the course is $3000.
If you register and prepay by Aug 5, the special prepaid rate is
$2850.
Payment plan options:
Easy Three Payment Plan: Pay in three monthly installments of $945.
High Five Payment Plan: Pay in five monthly installments of $585.
With both payment plans, a non-refundable registration fee of $300
is due 2 weeks before the beginning of the course.

Administrator:
Keval
Kaur Khalsa began studying Kundalini Yoga with HarDarshan
Kaur Khalsa in 1999. Awed by the transformative power of this
technology, she took a Teacher Training course with HarDarshan
and then the Master's Touch Certification Course in New Mexico
in the fall of 2002. Keval Kaur is now a Kundalini Research
Institute Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has been teaching
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for the past seven years in the
Triangle area. At Duke University, she developed and currently
teaches a course entitled Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma. Coming
to the study and practice of Yoga from a 25-year dance
background, Keval Kaur is an Associate Professor in the Dance
Program at Duke, Director of the Duke Dance Program, and
Co-Artistic Director of the dance company 2 Near The Edge. Keval
Kaur is the mother of a 20-year-old son, resides in Durham, and
serves on the Board of NC WARN (the North Carolina Waste
Awareness and Reduction Network).
Teachers:
Pritpal
Kaur Khalsa is a Level 2
KRI Teacher Trainer and has been
a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and spiritual awareness
for over 30 years. Her wealth of experience bring great joy and
wisdom to her teaching. She is the creator and Director of Excel
& Celebrate, A Self-empowerment Program for Women.
Krishna
Kaur Khalsa is an experienced
and inspiring yoga and meditation teacher and community leader.
A Level 2 KRI Teacher Trainer, Krishna is also IKYTA Training
coordinator for Africa
where she teaches twice a year. She
is the president of the International
Association of Black Yoga Teachers
and founder of Y.O.G.A. for Youth.

Harbhajan Singh Khalsa and
HarDarshan K. Khalsa, MA
Harbhajan
has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
since 1980. His Wednesday night class at Boulder Ashram
and Yoga Center has been a tradition since 1993!
He is a certified instructor with the Kundalini
Research Institute.
HarDarshan
Kaur Khalsa has been studying yoga for the past 30 years, including
traditional hatha, Iyengar, Insight Meditation, and Bikram.
In 1983, she discovered Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and knew
that she was "home." In 1985, after the births of her
two children, she began teaching Kundalini, and was certified in
1987.
